Hi! ? I’m Christine, I started Frontrow way back in 2017. I’m just a typical student na ang alam lang sa buhay is mag-aral. I don’t have a business background or working experience yet I took the risk to start the business kahit marami sa paligid ko ang disagree kasama na mga mahal ko sa buhay. Pero tinuloy ko! Kase alam ko at the end of the day, I’m doing this for my family’s welfare and to be an inspiration to other people.
Walang madali kapag nagsisimula but with the determination na gusto kong umasenso, pinagpatuloy ko kahit na mahirap. It was a roller coaster indeed, andami kong napagdaanan na struggles and challenges along my journey way back 2018-2021. Yes, ganun katagal ko dala2 ang mabigat na problema. Pero sabi pa nga ng mentors ko, wag mag focus sa problema kundi sa solution dapat. Lagi kong dala2 ang mindset na “Everything happens for a reason” . Lahat ng napapagdaanan natin sa buhay is may purpose, either para matuto tayo or tumibay.
Cut the long story short, tinuloy2 ko ang business, nagsimula sa last page of 100 ng Top Superstar, hindi nakampante kundi mas lalong inakyat pa ang Top, sa sobrang paghahabol ko sa mga idols ko narating na natin ang TOP 1 ?. Always aim for greater things! Nothing worth it comes easy, kaya naman ilang plano din ang ginawa namin together with my business partners, sunod2 na talk, walang araw na walang kausap, lagi lang kami naka focus sa activity rate. Yes, focus on the activity rate or the production rather than the goal, kase ang goal matic nalang makukuha yan if we stay consistent on our production. Learn to sacrifice something good to get something better, sinacripisyo namin mga gala, barkada, other activities na di naman nakakacontribute sa goal. We remain focused with my team and never namin inallow na madistract kami even once.
Honestly, hindi ako nakafocus sa pangalan ko, nakafocus ako sa pangalan ng members ko. My main goal is to help my members earn and get on the Top as well para sila naman ang magkaresulta and makilala. Sabi pa nga, the way to enrich yourself is to enrich other people and maybe this is one of the reason bakit tayo bliness na maging TOP 1 ☝️Mahalin at tulongan mo lang mga tao mo ng walang hinihinging kapalit, si Lord na ang magbibigay ng blessings pabalik sayo, more than pa sa ineexpect mo.
Akala ko dati imposible, but if you work with Him ☝️ NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE.
A lot of people questioned me, “Anong feeling ng Top 1?” , My answer would be, masaya, masarap sa feeling! Kase yung dati kong goal, yung nasa dreamboard ko lang, ay dahan2 ko ng nakukuha. But, being a TOP 1 holds a great responsibility— by helping other distributors to get on top & help them change their lives,FRONTROW indeed made me realize the purpose of my life.
I’m so blessed with my mentors, especially owners for teaching us on becoming a great leader. Kaya maraming salamat Cong. Sam Verzosa, Sir Raymond Francisco and to my mentors, Ups Richardson Chua Hernandez, Ups Sam Dayrit and Ups Jerel Banzon. Hindi ko to makukuha without your help and guidance ?
